Refund Policy

At Blue Bird High School Alumni Association, Sylhet, we strive to ensure transparent financial practices for all payments made through our platform.
1. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable once processed, as they are used for administrative and operational purposes.
2. Event Fees
Event registration fees may be refunded or transferred only if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizing committee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
3. Donations
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for every contribution.
4. Payment Disputes
In case of duplicate payments or transaction errors, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. We will coordinate with SSLCommerz to resolve the issue promptly.
